中外合作办学模式下动画人才培养思路研究

中外合作办学是国内高校开展国际合作与交流的重要形式之一,作为一种新的教育形式,面临着一系列需要探索和改革的问题。如何有效地通过合作办学,利用国外先进的、成熟的教学体系和资源,培养和造就高素质的应用型创新人才,是当前中外合作办学的当务之急。文章在分析和总结了多年中外合作办学教学及管理经验的基础上,探讨如何通过有效的国际化合作办学模式,培养高素质创新型人才,更好适应国内动画产业需求。

Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is one of the most important forms of international cooperation and exchange among universities in China. As a new form of education, it faces a series of problems that need exploration and reform. How to effectively cultivate and bring up high-quality applied-type creative talents through cooperation in running schools and using advanced foreign and mature teaching systems and resources is the top priority of Sino-foreign cooperative education at present. Based on the analysis and summarization of the teaching and management experience of Sino-foreign cooperative education for many years, this article explores how to cultivate high-quality innovative talents and how to adapt to the needs of the domestic animation industry through an effective model of international cooperation in running schools.
