目的观察前列腺E1联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病阳痿(DM-ED)的临床疗效。方法 84例DM-ED患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。两组均连续治疗8周,于治疗前后记录血脂变化及勃起功能评估等级(ESA)。结果治疗组治疗后血脂明显下降(P<0.05),ESA明显改善(P<0.05),总有效率85.71%;而对照组甘油三酯(TG)下降不明显(P>0.05),总有效率64.29%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺E1联合辛伐他汀治疗DM-ED有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of prostatic E1 combined with simvastatin in the treatment of diabetic impotence (DM-ED). Methods 84 cases of DM-ED patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 42 cases. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks continuously, and the changes of blood lipid and erectile dysfunction rating (ESA) were recorded before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the blood lipids in the treatment group were significantly decreased (P <0.05), ESA was significantly improved (P <0.05), the total effective rate was 85.71%; while the control group, the triglyceride (TG) 64.29%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Prostate E1 combined with simvastatin treatment of DM-ED has a significant effect.
