目的探讨黄葵联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病Ⅳ期肾病的临床疗效。方法随机将124例分成治疗组和对照组。对照组给予前列地尔10μg,1次/d静脉滴注,总疗程4周;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服黄葵胶囊,每次5粒,3次/d,疗程为8周。在用药前、后分别测定尿蛋白。结果两药联用总有效率明显优于单用前列地尔,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄葵联合前列地尔可有效治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of Huang Kui and alprostadil on type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 124 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given alprostadil 10μg, 1 / d intravenous infusion, the total course of 4 weeks; the treatment group in the control group based on the plus Huang Kui capsules, each 5, 3 times / d, course of treatment for 8 weeks. Urine protein was measured before and after treatment. Results The combined effect of the two drugs was significantly better than alprostadil alone, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Huang Kui combined alprostadil can effectively treat stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy.
