在会计核算系统中,设计凭证输入模块恐怕是令人最费心思的,既要使凭证输入的速度比较快,又要保证输入数据的准确性,还要照顾到传统的手工记帐习惯。下面就谈谈本人用d BASE—Ⅲ语言在长城0520C—H型微机上设计凭证输入模块的做法。一、利用微机高分辨率的显示能力扩大人机界面。我们知道具有高分辨率显示功能的微机在屏幕上能输出25行,利用这一功能可将屏幕输出设计成两个部分:上部(约2/5)为一张固定不动的“凭证”格式;下部为会计科目编号及名称提示区,当操作者需要科目编号提示时,键入一个符号(如“Y”),就可在此提示区显示出相应的科目及编号,无需操作者死记硬背会计科目及相应编号。若将一些固定科目作为文本型文件输出,系统的响应是十分迅速的,只需约一秒钟。二、设置科目编码,提高会计科目输入速度。建立一个拥有字段名为日期、种类、编
