小型燃气涡轮和涡轮增压器在各种工程范围内的应用日渐增多,导致了簿叶片高负荷离心压气机的发展。因此,对随之而产生的振动问题,就有必要作进一步的试验,以下论述这种试验的初期结果。在振动测量的初步研究基础上还对28叶离心压气机的叶轮(直径400毫米)及叶片振动进行了试验。叶片的振动应力应在各种工作范围测得,诸如气流振荡,喘振和颤动区也应在气流通道形状不规则的情况下测得。汉诺威工程大学流体机械研究所离心压气机专业已在测量中使用半导体——应变片,它通过一个12通道遥测系统来传输信号。为此进行了许多预试和校正工作。
The increasing use of small gas turbines and turbochargers in a variety of engineering fields has led to the development of high-load centrifugal compressors for book blades. Therefore, for the consequent vibration problems, further tests are necessary, and the initial results of this test are discussed below. Based on the preliminary study of vibration measurement, the impeller (diameter 400 mm) and blade vibration of 28-blade centrifugal compressor were also tested. Blade vibration stress should be measured over a wide range of operating conditions, such as air flow oscillations, and surge and flutter areas should also be measured with irregular flow path shapes. Centrifugal compressor specialists at the Institute of Fluid Mechanics at the University of Hannover Engineering have used semiconductor-strain gauges in their measurements, transmitting signals through a 12-channel telemetry system. A lot of pre-test and calibration work has been done for this purpose.
