本文报道了无保护气氛条件下碳还原硫酸钙方法合成适用于光转换农膜的CaS:Eu,Cl稀土无机发光材料。用电子自旋能谱(ESR)探测到Eu×Ca缺陷浓度随温度升高而增大;1200℃下合成的CaS:Eu,Cl晶型趋于规则,晶粒小于6μm。根据垂直入射到地面的日光光谱、植物最佳生长作用光谱和CaS:Eu,Cl的荧光光谱,从理论上解释了CaS:Eu,Cl是一种优良的光转换农膜荧光添加剂。
This paper reports the synthesis of CaS: Eu, Cl rare earth phosphors based on the carbon-reduced calcium sulphate method under the unprotected atmosphere. The results show that the Eu (superscript 3+) Ca defect concentration increases with the increase of temperature. The crystal structure of CaS: Eu and Cl synthesized at 1200 ℃ tends to be regular and the grain size is less than 6μm. According to the spectrum of sunlight incident perpendicular to the ground, the best growth effect spectrum of plant and the fluorescence spectrum of CaS: Eu, Cl, it is theoretically explained that CaS: Eu, Cl is an excellent fluorescence additive for light-transformable agronomic membrane.
