1 The purpose and significance of system development The department is the basic unit of work for the health and epidemic prevention agencies. All tasks in the health and epidemic prevention work are completed by various departments. Therefore, the quality of department management directly affects the development of the overall work. In order to improve the management level of departments and reduce the labor intensity of department managers, they have been relieved from the complicated departmental affairs management.
