“每一个孩子都是奇迹”是我们怀少学校的教育理念,怀少教育旨在培养“有理想,相信奇迹;有眼光,发现奇迹;有能力,创造奇迹”的富有创意的孩子。因此,我常常在思考,如何在自己的班级管理工作中去践行这一理念呢?美国心理学家汤姆.吉诺特曾经说过这样一段话:“我惶恐地意识到,我成了教室里的一个决定性因素,我个人的方法可以创造出教室里的情境;我个人的情绪也可以左右教室里的气氛。作为一位老师,我拥有巨大的力量来让孩子们过得痛苦或者快乐。我可以带给他们羞辱或者开心,也可以带给他们伤害或拯救。在所有的情况下,一次危机是骤然
