一般资料:32例中男15例,女17例。起病年龄2～10岁。其中3～5岁者16例,病程短者1周,长者6年,平均病程15.6个月。二、临床表现:疼痛部位多数为双膝关节附近软组织,肌腱及肌肉,少数踝部。每次发作部位固定。多在睡前或睡眠中发生。疼痛一般持续数分钟,间歇期1～2日至数日、数周不等。局部无红、肿、热,无活动受限,化验:血沉、抗“O”10例均正常。血钙32例,其中2.2～2.0mmol/L23例;<2.0mmol/L9例;最低1例为1.79mmol/L,硷性磷酸酶(AKP)及血清无机磷均正常。X线小腿长骨片8例无异常发现。三、治疗:5例肌注维丁胶性钙10支后
General information: 32 cases of 15 men and 17 women. Age 2 to 10 years old.
