作为炼铁系统结构优化重点工作的高炉大量喷煤技术在邯郸钢铁集团有限责任公司取得显著成效。至1996年10月份,该公司六座高炉平均喷煤比已达到102kg/t铁,单炉最高日喷煤比达到141kg/t铁。1~10月,该公司高炉平均喷煤比达到81kg/t铁,与去年同期相比,吨铁喷煤提高43kg。喷煤总量达143261t,煤焦置换比按0.7计算,创经济效益2300万元。随着喷煤量的增加,改善了高炉的冶炼行程,入炉焦比明显降低。1996年1~10月份,高炉平均入炉焦比为463kg,比去年同期降低了25kg。近年来,邯钢在深化“模拟市场核算”机
