研究弯矩梯度和不同端部约束条件下,梯形波纹板Ⅰ形梁的弯矩修正系数。通过使用梁单位有限元法得到弯矩修正系数,并给出梯形波纹板I形梁横截面特性的一般公式和一个新的翘曲常数。通过与采用壳单元的商业有限元软件给出的结果进行对比证实了弯矩修正系数理论结果的有效性。对波纹尺寸和长度不同的一系列有限元模型进行分析研究,结果表明,目前的弯矩修正系数公式不能很好地预测各种端部约束条件下端部弯矩不规则的梯形波纹板Ⅰ形梁的屈曲性能。为设计方便,给出弯矩修正系数的封闭表达式并成功得到验证。
The bending moment correction factor of I-beam with trapezoidal corrugated board under bending moment gradient and different end constraints was studied. The bending moment correction factor is obtained by using the finite element method of beam unit, and the general formula and a new warpage constant of the trapezoidal corrugated board I beam with cross section are given. The validity of the theoretical results of the moment correction coefficient is verified by comparing the results with the commercial finite element software using shell elements. A series of finite element models with different corrugation sizes and lengths are analyzed and studied. The results show that the current formula of the moment correction coefficient can not predict well the trapezoidal corrugated plate I-beam with irregular end moment under various end restraints The buckling performance. For the convenience of design, the closed-form expression of moment correction factor is given and successfully verified.
