一位意大利合资企业的工程师讲过这样一个关于进口设备国产化的故事。前些年,在中国成为世界鞋业制造中心的背景下,一些台资和国内鞋机制造企业迅速成长,尽管品牌逊色,但凭借仅二分之一、甚至更低的价格,加上更加方便、快捷的服务,一举抢占了大部分国内市场。于是,一些老牌的国际鞋机企业坐不住了,纷纷跑来中国建厂并寻求设备国产化,以抢夺中国市场这块大蛋糕。然而这家企业的设备国产化之路却远没有想象中那么顺利。机械零件倒还凑合,难在通用部件的选择。
