目的调查青岛市城区中青年糖代谢异常的发病情况,分析导致糖代谢异常的相关因素。方法对该院7 490名20~59岁健康体检人群进行问卷调查、常规体检、实验室检测,分析糖代谢异常的患病率及相关因素。结果7 490名调查人员中,糖代谢异常的患病率为10.29%,同年龄组比较明显高于2002年的水平,并且与年龄、血压、血脂、体质量指数等因素关系密切。结论糖代谢与年龄,血压,血脂,体质有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in young people in Qingdao City and analyze the related factors leading to abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods A total of 7 490 health check-up people aged 20-59 years in the hospital were surveyed, routine physical examinations and laboratory tests were conducted to analyze the prevalence and related factors of abnormal glucose metabolism. Results Among the 7 490 investigators, the prevalence of abnormal glucose metabolism was 10.29%, significantly higher than that of the same age group in 2002, and closely related to age, blood pressure, blood lipid, body mass index and other factors. Conclusion There is a close relationship between glucose metabolism and age, blood pressure, blood lipid and constitution.
