苗族民间剪纸有着悠久的历史,它以其特有的民族风格和精湛的工艺表现形式享誉世界。而它作为一种视觉艺术,是以物质材料通过某种技艺表达人们的观念和感觉的结果。人们在民间剪纸中所表现出来的是人与自然的关系,是地域、民族文化的物化表现。
Miao folk paper-cutting has a long history, with its unique national style and superb craftsmanship of the world-renowned. And as a visual art, it is the result of expressing people’s ideas and feelings through material skills through some kind of skill. What people show in the folk paper-cutting is the relationship between man and nature, which is the materialized manifestation of the regional and national culture.
