浙江省义乌县公安局会同县妇联,于1979年12月至今年2月,发动全县妇女开展了一次妇女百日防火安全竞赛活动(简称百日赛),取得了很好的效果。根据全县前三个季度火灾分析,农村火灾占全县总数的96%,损失占99%。在农村火灾中,由于炉灶余火、灯火和乱倒柴灰引起的火灾占70%;小孩玩火和老人烤火取暖引起的火灾占15%。由此看来,家庭用火不慎,构成了引起火灾的主要原因。而家庭用火和小孩玩火又都与妇女有很大关系。所以要搞好农村防火,必须重
