近年来,为了提高机械零件的强度,要求抗拉强度和硬度等都得到改善的材料,随之,从切削加工方面来看,难加工材料的比重也就日益增加。所谓难加工材料,可大致分类如下:(1)耐热钢:奥氏体不锈钢、钛合金钢、司太立焊件、钴合金铸件等。(2)高硬度轧辊钢:激冷轧辊、铸造轧辊、球墨铸铁等。(3)淬火钢:合金钢、轴承钢等。这些材料,通常都是用硬质合金刀具进行低速切削,或者用砂轮磨削,效率很低,从加工费用和生产周期来看,都是急待改进的领
