编辑同志: 物理通报1954年2月号所载“光谱学的发展及其应用”一文系去年四月应编辑部之约于六月底完稿七月初寄出的,当时能看到的苏联书籍及期刊很少,加以俄文限制能读的更少。深感该文对学习苏联先进经验不够。去年十月间曾向编辑部表示,准备修改,但以该文刊登时期尚未确定,故未积极进行。出版后认为该文语言及内容方面,在今天看来,有些地方不正确,这对读者是有害的。曾于2月28日寄编者一函,请予更正。3月12日看到陆恒及阮尚弘二同志给编委会的信,他们对该文的意见基本上是正确的。
Editorial Comrade: The Bulletin of the Bulletin of Physical Physics on the Development and Application of Spectroscopy, February 1954, dated April last year, at the time of the publication of the book and periodicals of the Soviet Union Few, limited to Russian to read less. Deeply aware of the article is not enough to learn the advanced experience of the Soviet Union. In October last year, it told the editorial department that it was going to amend it. However, it has not yet been confirmed in the publication of the article. Therefore, it is not actively carried out. After the publication of the article that the language and content, in today’s view, some places are not correct, which is detrimental to the reader. On February 28, I sent a letter to the editor for correction. On March 12, I saw letters from Lu Heng and Ruan Shanghong to the editorial board, and their opinions on the article were basically correct.
