大麦“秀79-2”易位杂合体是本研究室在大麦未成熟胚培养过程中产生的体细胞变异株。细胞学观察,该易位杂合体在减数分裂终变期和中期有五个二价体和一个四价体环(5Ⅱ+lⅣ),粗线期有类似“十”字型的配对、花粉二分之一败育,表现为“半不育”(结实率为45.7%),这些都是易位杂合体的典型特征。本实验用一种改良的Giemsa-N带快速分带法对此易位杂合体的易位染色体和易位点进行了鉴定,初步断定该易位杂合体的易位发生在第2和第3染色体的长臂间,易位点靠近着丝粒。
Barley “show 79-2” translocation heterozygote is a somatic variant produced by our lab in the process of barley immature embryo culture. Cytologically, the translocation hybrid had five divalent and four tetravalent rings (5II + 1IV) at the terminal and metaphase of meiosis, a pair of similar “ten” One of the abortions was “semi-sterile” (seed setting rate 45.7%), all of which are typical features of translocated hybrids. In this study, a modified Giemsa-N banding method was used to identify the translocation chromosomes and translocations of this translocation hybrid.
