[目的]探讨门诊化疗病人应用静脉套管针的效果.[方法]对门诊化疗病人使用由Vialon生物材料制成的单翼套管针.[结果]门诊化疗病人使用静脉套管针后,减少了血管穿刺次数和输液渗漏的现象,使病人输液更加方便,减少了护士的工作量,提高了护理质量,有效地保护了化疗病人的外周血管,增加了护士的职业防护意识.[结论]静脉套管针的应用对门诊化疗病人是十分有利的.“,”Objective: To probe into the effect of application venous trochar for patients undergoing chemotherapy in out-patient clinic (OPD). Methods: Mono-wing trochar made by Vialon biont was used for patients undergoing chemotherapy in OPD. Results: After using venous thochar for patients undergoing chemotherapy in OPD, both the puncturing times and vascular fluid exosmosis of them had reduced. Fluids infusions for patients were more convenient. It had reduced work load of nurses and enhanced nursing quality. Peripheral blood vessels of patients undergoing chemotherapy had been effectively protected and protection consciousness of nurses had been enhanced. Conclusion: Venous thochar is favorable to patients undergoing chemotherapy in OPD and which is worth to be extended.
