[目的]探讨真空静脉采血成功率的方法与效果.[方法]将300例静脉采血的病人随机分为实验组与对照组,每组150例.实验组采用真空静脉采血法,对照组则按传统注射器静脉采血法.[结果]对照组与实验组在疼痛情况、采血成功率方面比较,均有显著性差异(均P“,”Objective:To probe into the methods and effect of promoting achievement ratio of vacuum venous blood collection. Methods: A total of 300 cases of patients undergoing venous blood collection were divided into test and control groups randomly and equally (150 cases in each group). Venous blood collection in vacuum was used for test group cases and traditional method of blood collection was adopted in control group patients. Results: There were significant differences in terms of pain and blood collection achievement ratio between control group and test group cases(P<0.01). Patients of test group had less pain than those in control group. But blood collection achievement ratio of patients in test group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion: Vacuum venous blood collection may effectively lighten patient\'s pain and promote the achievement ratio of blood collection.
