随着经济的发展,对技术应用性人才的需求日益迫切,但传统课程内容过分重视原理和结论,内容呆板缺乏应用和开发性,教学手段单一,学生学习兴趣不高等问题。为解决以上问题,在“以技能教育为核心,以职业素养养成为主线,以知识为支撑,构建工学结合的教学体系”教学理念的指导下《冷冻饮品生产技术》这门课程进行了改革。
With the development of economy, the demand for technical talents has become more and more urgent.
