雌激素受体是一种配体激活转录因子 ,类固醇激素 17—β雌二醇通过雌激素受体介导反应。雌二醇进入细胞后 ,与雌激素受体结合 ,一同结合到靶基因调节区的雌激素反应原件上 ,起调节作用。现普遍认为有两种雌激素受体 ,存在于不同组织或同一组织 ,具有不同的生物学功能。
The estrogen receptor is a ligand-activated transcription factor that steroid hormone 17-beta estradiol mediates the response via the estrogen receptor. Estradiol into the cell, with the estrogen receptor binding, together with the target gene regulatory region estrogen response to play a regulatory role. It is generally accepted that there are two estrogen receptors exist in different tissues or in the same tissue and have different biological functions.
