作者应用玻璃体手术治疗老年性黄斑变性的并发症,如视网膜下出血,浆液性视网膜脱离和视网膜下瘢痕。在作者所报告的4例中,视网膜下出血1例,出血一年多未吸收,2例视网膜下出血合并视网膜全脱离。所有病人的视网膜下出血都能被清除,其性质可由半固态物质到较稀薄的血性液体。另1例表现为较新鲜血块。清除血液的方法从小的视网膜切开联合视网膜下间隙
The authors applied vitrectomy for the treatment of complications of age-related macular degeneration such as subretinal hemorrhage, serous retinal detachment and subretinal scarring.
