黄斑部视网膜前膜是视网膜脱离及其手术的严重并发症,也可以见于某些其他眼底病,甚至眼无异常的人。本病早期易被忽略或误诊,晚期重症者可使视力丧失。作者曾遇3例,报告如下: 历病报告例1,女,51岁,右眼鼻下方黑影及闪光感1个月于1986年12月5日入院。既往史无特殊。体格检查及常规化验无异常。眼部检查:双眼视力均为1.0,双外眼及眼前段无特殊。左眼底正常。右眼扩瞳后三面镜检查见颗上方视网膜呈袋状脱离,11点半钟
