全军后勤工作会议于1月在北京召开。会议的主要任务是贯彻十三大精神和中央军委的部署,总结1987年后勤工作,部署1988年任务,安排国防费预算。研究如何加快和深化后勤改革,加强后勤建设等问题。中央和军委领导同志对这次会议很重视,很关心。中央总书记、军委第一副主席赵紫阳同志,军委杨尚昆副主席和洪学智副秘书长、刘华清副秘书长接见了会议全体代表。洪副秘书长到会作了重要讲话。
The army’s logistics work conference was held in Beijing in January. The main task of the conference was to implement the spirit of the 13th CPC National Congress and the deployment of the Central Military Commission, sum up the logistics work in 1987, and deploy the task in 1988 to arrange the defense budget.
