目的分析广州军区广州总医院门诊口服降血糖药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量、用药频度、日均费用等指标对该院2009年1月～12月门诊口服降血糖药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果共分析口服降血糖药18种。其中处方量前三位的排序依次是二甲双胍(国产)、阿卡波糖(进口)、格列美脲(国产),用药频度和用药金额最高的分别是格列美脲(国产)和阿卡波糖(进口),日均费用最低的是格列本脲(国产)。结论疗效好、价格低廉的国产口服降糖药已在该院占有稳定的市场,其价格比符合临床要求。
Objective To analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic agents in Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The daily dose, the frequency of medication and the average daily cost were used to analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic agents in the hospital from January to December in 2009. Results A total of 18 oral hypoglycemic agents were analyzed. The order of the top three prescriptions followed by metformin (domestic), acarbose (imported), glimepiride (domestic), the frequency of medication and the highest amount of medication were glimepiride (domestic) and A Carbopol sugar (import), the lowest average daily cost of glyburide (domestic). Conclusion Good curative effect and low price of domestic oral hypoglycemic drugs occupy a stable market in the hospital, and its price ratio meets the clinical requirements.
