通过自蔓延高温燃烧合成结合准热等静压(SHS/PHIP)方法得到TiC-Ni-Mo复合材料TH20和TH30.研究了工艺过程参数对材料致密性的影响.得到了最佳的工艺规范.SHS反应产物主要存在两相:TiC相和Ni的固溶体相,球形的TiC颗粒相被包围在近乎网状结构的Ni合金粘结相当中.TiC颗粒与粘结相界面结合良好,反应产物中有少量游离碳的存在,TH20和TH30的抗弯强度同传统方法生产的相近成分的材料相比比较接近.
The TiC-Ni-Mo composites TH20 and TH30 were obtained by self-propagating high-temperature combustion combined with a quasi-hot isostatic pressing (SHS / PHIP) process.The effect of process parameters on the densification of the composites was investigated. Get the best technical specifications. The SHS reaction product mainly exists in two phases: the solid solution phase of TiC phase and Ni, and the spherical TiC particle phase is surrounded by the almost network structure of Ni alloy. The interface of TiC particles and the binder phase is well bonded with a small amount of free carbon in the reaction product. The bending strength of TH20 and TH30 is similar to that of the similar materials produced by the traditional method.
