采用微盘比色法和鲎试剂改良基质显色法分别对大鼠外周血一氧化氮(NO)代谢产物NO2-/NO3-和内毒素浓度进行测定,动态观察了大鼠实验性肝硬变门脉高压症形成过程中NO和内毒素水平的变化。结果显示:在肝硬变门脉高压症(PHT)形成过程早、中、晚三期,血浆NO和内毒素水平较对照组显著升高.NO水平和门脉压力、内毒素水平呈显著正相关。结果表明;大鼠PHT形成过程中的内毒素水平增高是引起NO合成和释放增多的主要原因,NO在PHT形成中起着重要的作用。

The results showed that in the early, middle and late stages of cirrhosis with portal hypertension (PHT), plasma NO and endotoxin levels were significantly higher than those in the control group. The results showed that the increase of endotoxin in the process of PHT formation was the main reason for the increase of NO synthesis and release. NO played an important role in the formation of PHT.
