摘要目的通过对大样本无症状个体的纵向观察,评估年龄相关的左心室重构。在基线水平,所有受试者均无临床心血管疾病。材料与方法本研究经应用制度评审委员会批准,并取得所有受试的知情同意书。这项多种族的动脉粥样硬化心脏MRI研究共纳入2 935名受试,采用心脏MRI评估所有受试在基线和随访时左心室结构和功能的纵向变化。
Abstract Objective To evaluate age-related left ventricular remodeling by longitudinal observation of asymptomatic individuals in large samples. At baseline, all subjects had no clinical cardiovascular disease. Materials and Methods The study was approved by the appraisal committee of the application system and obtained all informed consent forms. This multi-ethnic atherosclerotic cardiac MRI study enrolled a total of 2 935 participants. Cardiac MRI was used to assess longitudinal changes in left ventricular structure and function at baseline and at follow-up in all participants.
