推土机增力器是使推土机左右离合器保持在六公斤以下操纵力的减力机构。以前,增力器修复后由于不经过试验台校核,无法确认性能好坏,往往把没有彻底修好的增力器装上车,造成多次无效拆装。而拆装增力器必须先拆驾驶室和油箱,拆装一次要一天时间,这样就浪费了大量工时。为此,我们学习兄弟单位经验,经过多次试验,研制成功一个增力器试验台。其结构原理如图1所示。试验台由负荷装置、操纵装置、动力装置和台架组成。
The bulldozer power booster is a force reduction mechanism that keeps the left and right clutches of the bulldozer at a force of less than six kilograms. In the past, after the power booster was repaired, it could not be confirmed that the performance was good or bad because it had not been checked by the test bench, and the power booster that was not completely repaired was often mounted on the vehicle, resulting in multiple invalid disassembly. To dismantle the power booster, the cab and the fuel tank must be dismantled first. It takes a day to dismantle and disassemble, which wastes a lot of man-hours. To this end, we learned from the experiences of our fraternal units. After many tests, we successfully developed a booster test rig. Its structural principle is shown in Figure 1. The test stand consists of a load device, an operating device, a power unit, and a gantry.
