根据机车电机水冷端盖铝外套的结构特点,进行了铸造工艺的设计及其优化。数值模拟结果表明,在铸件的热节处设置合适的环状冒口、暗冒口和冷铁,有效地改善了铸件内部缩孔、缩松问题。接着对铸造工艺进行了优化,将环状冒口高度降至90 mm,将暗冒口高度降至80 mm时,铸件的工艺出品率为51.6%,比优化前提高了14.2%。采用优化后的铸造工艺生产的铸件质量优良。
According to the structural characteristics of locomotive aluminum cooling water cover, the casting process design and optimization. The numerical simulation results show that the proper ring riser, dark riser and chilled iron are set at the hot section of the castings, which effectively improves the shrinkage and shrinkage of the castings. Then the casting process is optimized, the ring riser height is reduced to 90 mm, the dark riser height is reduced to 80 mm, the casting process yield was 51.6%, 14.2% higher than before optimization. The castings produced using the optimized casting process are of good quality.
