新生儿白血病因其起源子宫内,故属先天性白血病,本病罕见,周氏于1982年综合报告28例[周雅德。中华儿科杂志,1982;3:13。]近年来我院新生儿病区收治两例,报告如下。病历摘要例一患儿,男,1天,于84年7月18日入院。患儿于生后即发现于口周、右侧耳垂及双眼睑皮肤有紫癜,逐渐增多并延及全身。母孕期于炕上喷过敌敌畏。查体:体温36.8℃,体重2.4kg,发育营养稍差,而色稍苍白,反应差,前囱1 x1Cm稍饱满,颈软,心肺(一),腹软,肝肋
