1989年10～12月对21名腹泻病儿做粪便双歧杆菌定量及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)检测轮状病毒。PAGE阳性定为A组,用生态调整制剂——复方BL合剂治疗;PAGE阴性定为B组,用胃蛋白酶合剂治疗,现将结果报告如下。
From October to December 1989, 21 cases of diarrhea children were screened for Bifidobacterium faecalis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) to detect rotavirus.
