目的探讨miR-133在白大衣高血压(white-coat hypertension,WCH)诊断中的价值。方法高血压病患者35例(高血压组),WCH患者35例(WCH组),体检健康者35例(对照组).采用荧光定量PCR法检测3组miR-133表达水平,绘制ROC曲线分析miR-133诊断WCH的效能。结果 WCH组、高血压组miR-133表达水平(29.78±2.01、31.38±2.08)低于对照组(34.30±1.62),且WCH组低于高血压组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05):miR-133诊断WCH的AUC为0.949,最佳截断值为31.51,灵敏性为94.30%,特异性为42.90%;miR-133诊断高血压的AUC为0.713,最佳截断值为29.94,灵敏性为85.70%,特异性为60.00%;miR-133诊断WCH的灵敏性高于高血压.特异性低于高血压(P<0.05)。结论 miR-133可能在WCH发生中起一定作用,有可能作为诊断WCH的分子标志物。
Objective To investigate the value of miR-133 in the diagnosis of white-coat hypertension (WCH). Methods 35 patients with hypertension (hypertension group), 35 patients with WCH (WCH group) and 35 healthy controls (control group) were enrolled in this study.RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-133 in three groups by fluorescence quantitative PCR miR-133 diagnoses the efficacy of WCH. Results The expression of miR-133 in WCH group and hypertension group was lower than that in control group (29.78 ± 2.01, 31.38 ± 2.08), and lower in WCH group than in hypertension group (P <0.05) ): The AUC of miR-133 in diagnosing WCH was 0.949, the best cut-off value was 31.51, the sensitivity was 94.30% and the specificity was 42.90%. The AUC of miR-133 in diagnosis of hypertension was 0.713, the best cutoff value was 29.94, The sensitivity and specificity of miR-133 in the diagnosis of WCH were higher than those of hypertension, and the specificity was lower than that of hypertension (85.70% and 60.00% respectively). Conclusion miR-133 may play a role in the pathogenesis of WCH and may serve as a molecular marker for the diagnosis of WCH.
