我厂是一个有五百名职工的中型企业,每月发放工资由财务科按每人元角分点款,发放到生产岗位的班组,然后由班组发放员发放到职工手中,往往因人手少及货币各样具全而出差错,影响当日发放工资,尤其是班组发放员将工资要送到各个生产岗位或是送到工人宿舍,常常因角分货币出差错而引起矛盾。自从1981年我厂实行工资留“尾数”以来,收到良好效果,使发放工资由原来五人点款半天缩短
