目的:了解社区门诊中药房质量管理中存在的问题以及探讨有效的防范措施,以期更好地开展门诊工作。方法:通过调研社区门诊中药的存放环境、有效期及真伪、调配以及领取药物的申请程序等环节,分析现有的管理存在的问题,并进行总结归类,提出新的措施并严格落实。结果:社区门诊中药房质量管理主要存在库存质量把关不严格、环境不符合标准、药物炮制过程、领药申请程序不规范等因素等。结论:社区门诊中药房质量管理中实施有效针对性的制度以及科学性规范,可大幅度的提高中药的质量保障患者的身体健康。
Objective: To understand the problems in the quality management of community out-patient clinics and to explore effective preventive measures in order to better carry out out-patient services. Methods: Through investigating the storage environment, validity period, validity, allocation procedures, and application procedures for receiving medicines in community outpatients, the existing problems in management were analyzed, and the existing management problems were summarized, and new measures were proposed and strictly implemented. Results: The quality management of the community outpatients’ pharmacy room mainly includes factors such as the lack of strict inventory quality control, environmental non-conformity, drug processing, and non-standard application procedures. Conclusion: Effectively targeted systems and scientific standards in the quality management of community clinics in traditional Chinese medicine can greatly improve the quality of Chinese medicine to ensure the health of patients.
