脑电图、脑血流图在我国的应用已有几十年的历史,但至今仍有部分人对脑电图及脑血流图的概念模糊不清。现将脑电图及脑血流图基本情况及适应症等几方面加以简述:一、脑电图:脑电图是脑神经细胞群在兴奋、抑制的过程中产生的节律性放电活动,经仪器放大后所记录到的波形。由于是人体本身放电的波形,故主要用于器质性或机能性脑部疾病如各类癫痫病、颅内占位性病变、脑炎、颅脑外伤、脑发育不全及精神病等的诊断及预后判断。尤对癫痫诊断价值最高,不仅可确诊癫痫而且可提示出癫痫类型。
