如今,越来越多的企业,尤其是外企,将情景模拟应用于人才选拔。情景模拟是根据应聘者可能担任的职务,编制一套与该职务实际情况相似的测试题,将被试者安排在模拟的工作情景中处理可能出现的各种问题,用多种方法来测评其心理素质、潜在能力的一系列方法。在面试时加入情景模拟题,主要考察被测者的观察能力、应变能力和处事能力。这种情景模拟题是没有标准答案的,下面以一道著名的“面包问题”进行分析说明。
