拥有一支实力雄厚且能持续发展的师资队伍,是促进国家示范性高职院校快速健康发展的前提保障。文章在分析示范性院校师资队伍建设现状的基础上,从如何优化双师结构、打造优秀教学团队、增强教师持续发展意识、构建合理的评价体系等方面对示范院校师资队伍建设进行了积极的探索,以期使自身在已取得成绩的基础上能够持续稳步的向前发展。
Having a strong and sustainable faculty is a prerequisite guarantee for the rapid and healthy development of the national model higher vocational colleges.
