总结经手术病理证实的59例颅内占位性病变同位素脑扫描资料,其阳性率为88.1%。大脑半球、中线、后颅凹病变阳性率分别为89.8%、50%、100%。其它检查方法的阳性率CT为92.8%、脑血管造影为79%、脑室造影为75%、脑电图为57.1%。脑超声为44.4%。14例脑扫描和CT联合检查阳性率达100%。
Fifty-nine cases of intracranial space-occupying lesions confirmed by surgery and pathology were summarized. The positive rate was 88.1%. The positive rates of hemisphere, midline and posterior fossa were 89.8%, 50% and 100% respectively. The positive rates of other tests were 92.8% for CT, 78% for cerebral angiography, 75% for ventriculography, and 57.1% for EEG. Brain ultrasound was 44.4%. 14 cases of brain scan and CT examination of the positive rate of 100%.
