国家发改委综合运输研究所研究员,交通运输规划研究室主任,港口与水运行业专家,长期致力于综合交通、港航运输等专业领域的研究工作。曾主持或参与了国家和地区的交通发展战略、交通发展规划、产业政策、大型交通项目的预可研和经济论证,以及港口、水运、航运市场分析等多个项目。多项研究成果获得国家计委科技进步奖、国家发改委优秀成果奖、
