武汉市第十二次党代会提出建设国家创新中心,这一目标是基于武汉明显的创新资源和创新潜能优势,也体现了武汉以创新驱动建设国家中心城市的路径选择。我们在设计和建设国家创新中心的过程中,要关注作为创新基础要素的教育、企业、公众和环境,通过不断提升内生性创新能力以实现持续创新的发展要求,让武汉的创新源泉充分涌流,在全国率先作出以创新驱动复兴特大城市的典型示范。
The Twelfth Congress of Wuhan proposed the construction of a national innovation center. This goal is based on the obvious advantages of Wuhan’s innovative resources and potential for innovation as well as the path of innovation-driven construction of a national central city in Wuhan. In the process of designing and building a national innovation center, we should pay attention to the education, enterprises, the public and the environment as the basic elements of innovation. By constantly improving the endogenous innovation ability to achieve the requirement of continuous innovation, we should make full use of the sources of innovation in Wuhan, The first in the country to make a typical demonstration of innovation-driven mega-cities.
