教师的人格魅力是教师作为人类灵魂工程师的一种独特的影响力,对学生学习兴趣的培养、学习意志力的锻炼、人生观价值观和世界观的形成都具有重要的作用,也有利于构建高效课堂和和谐课堂,提升英语教学和英语学习的效率。本文首先分析教师人格魅力的具体内涵以及技工学校英语教学的特点,然后展开讨论教师魅力在技工学校英语教学中的主要作用。
Teachers ’personality charm is a unique influence of teachers as human soul engineers.
