伴随着学校和企业合作的日益深化与发展,人们对校企合作办学模式下的高职教学质量评价体系的构建越来越关注。当前高职院校教学质量评价体系有以下几个突出问题:理论与实践脱节,评价目标偏离,评价标准不够科学,忽视实践教学等。在校企合作模式下开展高职教学质量评价有利于提高教学质量,有利于满足企业的人才需求。这要求建立教学质量督导组,完善与校企合作相适应的教学质量评价体系,及时进行教学质量评价的反馈工作。
With the deepening and development of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, people pay more and more attention to the construction of evaluation system of higher vocational education under the mode of running schools and enterprises. At present, the evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges has several outstanding problems: the separation of theory and practice, the deviation of evaluation objectives, the lack of scientific evaluation criteria and neglect of practical teaching. Carrying out the evaluation of teaching quality of higher vocational colleges under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation is conducive to improving teaching quality and meeting the needs of enterprises. This requires the establishment of teaching quality supervision group, improve the school-enterprise cooperation with the teaching quality evaluation system, timely feedback on the quality of teaching feedback.
