2001年以来,由中华医院管理学会组织的“全国医院开展‘明明白白看病’为主题、推荐‘百姓放心医院’活动”在全国各地展开。广西玉林市第一人民医院也积极参与了这项活动。为了使全院职工统一认识,医院领导先后召开了三次动员大会,号召全体员工在加强自身建设上狠下工夫,以高度的责任感和使命感做好这项工作;同时,组织全院职工学习创建“百姓放心医院”的有关文件和要求,并进行考试,还派人参加了全国推荐“百姓放心医院”现场会。医院创建领导小组还认真制订活动方案,围绕让病人“五个明白”、“五个知道”而最终达到“五个放心”为目标,开展全面的工作。通过这项活动,玉林市第一人民医院取得了较好的成效,被评为全国首批“百姓放心医院”。
Since 2001, the “National Hospitals to Understand the Causes of Clearly Recognized Medical Treatments” organized by the Chinese Hospital Management Society has recommended the activities of “People Relieving Hospitals” to be held throughout the country. The First People’s Hospital of Yulin, Guangxi Province also actively participated in this activity. In order to achieve a unified understanding of the entire hospital staff, the hospital leadership has held three mobilization meetings, called on all employees to make efforts to strengthen their own construction, with a high sense of responsibility and mission to do the job well; at the same time, the organization staff of the hospital to learn to create “People can rest assured that the hospital” related documents and requirements, and took the exam, and also sent people to participate in the national recommendation “people rest assured hospital ” on-site meeting. The hospital’s founding leadership team also carefully formulated the program of activities, and carried out comprehensive work on the goal of allowing the patient to “five understands” and “five knows” and ultimately achieved “five assurances.” Through this activity, the First People’s Hospital of Yulin City has achieved good results and has been awarded as the first batch of “National People’s Hospitals”.
