各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 农村卫生工作是党的农村工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到农村的发展、农业的繁荣和农民的健康,关系到国家经济和社会发展目标的实现。多年来,全省各级党委、政府十分重视农村卫生工作,特别是1997年全省农村卫生工作会议以后,各地深入贯彻党的卫生工作方针,加强领导,加大投入,积极探索农村卫生体制改革发展的新路子,在实施初级卫生保健、发展农村合作医疗、加强农村卫生服务体系建设等方面取得了显著成绩。全省农村生产生活环境进一步改善,农民健康水平明显提高,涌
People’s governments of all cities, counties (cities, districts), people’s governments, provincial government departments, and directly-affiliated organizations: Rural health work is an important part of the party’s rural work and is directly related to rural development, agricultural prosperity, and farmers’ health. It is related to the realization of national economic and social development goals. Over the years, the party committees and governments at all levels in the province have attached great importance to rural health work, and in particular, after the 1997 provincial rural health work conference, the localities thoroughly implemented the party’s health work guidelines, strengthened leadership, increased investment, and actively explored rural health system reforms. The new road to development has made remarkable achievements in implementing primary health care, developing rural cooperative medical care, and strengthening rural health service system construction. The rural production and living environment in the province has further improved, and farmers’ health levels have improved significantly.
