测定了５７例肾脏病患者血浆纤维结合蛋白（ＰＦｎ）含量。结果发现：肾病综合征的ＰＦｎ均值显著高于正常，亦显著高于其它组肾脏病患者，肾炎综合征、慢性肾功能不全及慢性肾盂肾炎的ＰＦｎ均值均显著低于正常。提示在不同的肾脏疾病中ＰＦｎ变化不一致。
The plasma level of fibronectin (PFn) was measured in 57 patients with kidney disease. The results showed that the average value of PFn in nephrotic syndrome was significantly higher than the normal one and significantly higher than those in other nephrotic patients. The average value of PFn in nephritic syndrome, chronic renal insufficiency and chronic pyelonephritis were significantly lower than normal. Suggesting different PFN changes in different renal diseases.
