小儿颅脑肿瘤发病率较高,约占全身肿瘤的7%,仅次于白血病.由于临床表现多样,常易误诊.随着诊断技术的发展,确诊率大为提高.尤其是应用CT扫描技术、对小儿颅脑肿瘤的诊断更加明确.我院1984年7月~1991年6月应用CT扫描诊断小儿颅内肿瘤51例,报告如下.1 临床资料年龄:~3岁10例,最小者7个月;4~6岁7例;7~9岁16例;10~12岁18例.性别:男28例,女23例.男:女为1.2:1.临床表现:(1)颅内压升高表现为头痛、呕吐31例.其中以单纯性头痛、呕吐就诊者17例.3例为喷射状呕吐.头痛者有4例为晨起呕吐,吐后均有头痛减轻.(2)癫痫发作8例,病史数日至4年.3例为单纯性癫痫发作;3例为头痛、呕吐伴癫痫发作;2例癫痫合并偏瘫.(3)偏瘫6例.4例一侧肢体瘫痪伴深反射亢进及(或)巴彬斯基征阳性;2例偏瘫合并癫痫发作.(4)交叉性瘫痪10例、其中2例脑干桥脑肿瘤表现Foville综合征(病侧面神经麻痹,外展神经麻痹,对侧.肢体麻痹),1例gackson综合征(病侧舌神经麻痹.对侧肢体瘫痪).(5)共济失调10例.有明显的呕吐及头
