治国安邦,重在基础;管党治党,重在基层。党的十九大把加强基层组织建设作为提高党的执政能力和领导水平的重要内容。在加强基层党建工作上,提出了一系列新理念新思想新战略,突出着力解决基层党组织弱化、虚化、边缘化问题,为新时代基层党组织建设指明了方向,提供了遵循,明确了目标。重点国有林区基层党组织,必须坚定不移地把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想贯彻到党的建设全过程,自觉用这一重大理论创新引领基层
