近年来,第322医院全面建设连年上台阶:1994年在军区等级医院评审中,顺利达到“三乙”标准;1997年医疗收入突破了1760万元;1994年以来,全院先后有12个科室、5个党、团支部被军区、后勤、分部评为先进科室和先进支部;医院党委连续4年被分部、后勤表彰为先进党委;涌现出了党的十五大代表、全军模范护士、军区十大杰出青年之一范美鸣等一批有影响的先进典型。他们的经验是:狠抓党支部建设,努力发挥其战斗堡垒作用,让科室党支部撑起医院全面建设这片天。
